He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick MacIntosh and Edna MacIntosh (Crowell); and his siblings, Marion Moore (late Jim) and Georgie Wentzell (Ed). He is survived by: his grandson-in-law Jordan; his stepmother Evangeline MacIntosh (Sears); his wife Olga MacIntosh (Sheremeta); his children, Edna Ann Kabelin (Jeff), Karen MacIntosh, Larry MacIntosh (Rachel) and James MacIntosh (Susan); his grandchildren, Johnathan Dabene, Jennifer Henderson (Eric), Samantha MacIntosh, Micheal Turnbull, Cassandra Porteous, Mary Boermans (Luc), Derek MacIntosh (Brittany), Sarah Kamm-McEvoy (Dylan), Cecilia Turnbull, Desiree Lafleche (Ricky), Matthew Kamm (Margaret), Christina MacIntosh-Slater (Jordan), Halie MacIntosh, Orlando Kealey, Melissa MacIntosh and Sebestien Kealey; his great grandchildren, Tatianna Dabene, Emery Dabene, Bentley MacIntosh, Tristen Henderson, Sarah Slater, Gabriella Henderson, Brooklyn MacIntosh, Piper McEvoy, Aidyn Porteous, Domino MacIntosh-Harris, Welsey Boermans and Leonard McEvoy; and his grandchild MacIntosh-Slater. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
