He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Bing Kieu Hoang; his children, Tina (Yan) and Ken (Janet); his grandchildren, Xavier, Kayla, Loiċ, Felix, Joshua and Jacob; and his siblings, Ai Lien Tran and Duy Lai Tran. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (315 McLeod St, Ottawa, ON K2P1A2). A burial was held on Friday, January 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beechwood Cemetery (280 Beechwood Ave., Vanier, ON K1L8E2).
