As Gilles Emile departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Gilles Emile may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Gilles Emile leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Beverley; and his significant other Franziska Graf. He is survived by: his daughter Julie; and his grandson Aiden Menard. He is also survived by loving siblings, extended family, nieces and nephews as well as many cherished friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Patty's Pub (1186 Bank St, Ottawa, ON K1S3X9).
In lieu of flower, donations can be made in Gilles name to The Ottawa Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society or the Ottawa Food Bank.
