He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kelly and Dorothy Kelly; his stepmother Constance Lemieux-Kelly; and his brothers, Richard and Robert (Margaret).
He is survived by: his stepsisters, Lucy (Jean-Pierre), Joanne and Charlaine (Marc); his wife Sheila; his children, Megan, Jonathan, Cullen (Gabrielle) and Neil (Leigh-Anne); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Isabelle and Harper. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Shields Funeral Homes & Chapel (1411 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V1A6). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Basilica (220 Kent St, Ottawa, ON K1R5E4).
