We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2021, at the age of 99, Gwendolen Zay (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Zay; her parents, William Thompson and Annie Thompson; and her siblings, Harry Thompson, Lily Thompson, Catherine Goffin, Anne Mulligan, John Thompson and Hazel Rivington.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Munn, Richard Zay and Susan Janssen; her grandchildren, Stacy Poisson (Mitchell), Tanner Bedard, Heather Janssen and Trevor Janssen; and her great grandchildren, Rosaleigh Geldart and Jasper Poisson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nepean Horticultural Society or a Horticultural Society of your choice.
