Heather Mary Perkins Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2022, at the age of 65, Heather Mary Perkins (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Chenier; and her parents, Ilene Perkins and Gary Perkins. She is survived by: her sister Sherry (David Moir); her sibling's children, Jonathon Moir and Katherine Moir (Ryan McLuckie); and her family, Denise Chenier and Colleen Haggarty. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Blood Services, The Ottawa Hospital or The Queensway Carleton Hospital would be appreciated.
