She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Urben (Bernie); and her grandson Derek. She is survived by: her children, Brigitta Urben (Brigitte), Luzia Urben (Lucie) and Rita Paul (Rodney); her grandchildren, Tamara, Adam and Kyle; and her extended family, Trudy, Lilo (Peter), Beatrice, Irma, Herbert and Astrid.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (150 Woodroffe Ave, Ottawa, ON K2A3T9). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Donations to the Queensway Carleton Hospital (https://qchfoundation.ca) gratefully appreciated.
