Hendrik Docter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hendrik Docter of Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Docter and Johanna Christina Docter (Drost); and his sister Golida Tijm. He is survived by: his wife Fazeela (Khan); his children, Yasmin Docter-Vachon (Marc), Hamal and Faisal (Rose); and his sisters, Janna Van Rijn and Johanne Hagedorn. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews as well as his loving grandchildren who adored their Opa.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are welcomed.
