Huguette (Girouard) Turgeon Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2025, at the age of 91, Huguette (Girouard) Turgeon (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marcel Turgeon; her parents, Henri Girouard and Stella Cadieux; her sisters, Claire Brisebois (late Denis) and Carmen Bergeron; and her brother-in-law Jean-Paul Turgeon (late Jeannine).
She is survived by: her children, Pierre (Karen Hoyda) of Mono, Lyne (Richard Lalonde) of Bradenton and Louise (John Humeniuk) of Orléans; her grandchildren, Laura Fetter (Daniel), Sarah Turgeon (Brent Brandham), Sonya Bousfield (Bill), Julie Bonner (Michael), Michèle Curiel (André), Patrik Racine (Claire Gillies), Daniel Racine, Chris and Phil Humeniuk; her siblings, Lise Tremblay (Jacques), Marcelle Girouard (Jean-Marie Lemay) and Denis Girouard; and her sisters-in-law, Cécile Girouard (late Claude), Hélène Turgeon and Rita Turgeon (late Richard). She is also survived by her many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Complex (1250 Trim Rd, Orléans, ON K4A3P7). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
