In the sacred silence of farewell, Irene is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Johannes Fredericus Engelbertus (Anna) of Jong and Irene; her husband John; her daughters, Marit (Craig) and Freya (Sheldon); and her grandchildren, Jay, Linus, Oliver and Clara.
