Jack Teevens Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2025, at the age of 87, Jack Teevens (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Mark (Cynthia); and his siblings, Fern Clark (Tom) and Raymond (Joan). He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his son Tim (Lori-Ann); his sister Flo Davis (Norman); his grandchildren, Tatiana (Wes), Thomas and Julia; and his great grandchildren, Amilio and Yasmina.
In lieu of flowers donations to The Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County or Diabetes Canada would be greatly appreciated.
