She was predeceased by: her parents, André Lalonde and Celina Lalonde; her daughter Janet McKellar; and her siblings, Bernadette Dubé (Emile), Gertrude Desnoyers (Ernest), Beatrice Peters (Andy), Georgette Gault (Johnny), Margaret Rutley (Dwayne), Leo Lalonde (Jeannine) and Desmond Lalonde (Joan).
She is survived by: her children, David McKellar (Heather) of Trenton, Louise Nesbitt (Dave) of Kingston, Micheline Fleming (Alain Goudreau) of Gatineau, Jeffrey McKellar of England and Wendy Klaubert (Rudi) of Calgary; and her brother Norman Lalonde (late Marion) of Ottawa. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Parish (1940 Saunderson Dr, Ottawa, ON K1G2C6). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Notre-Dame Cemetery (455 Montréal Rd, Ottawa, ON K1K0V2). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at the Notre Dame Cemetery (455 Montréal Rd, Ottawa, ON K1K0V2).
