We bid farewell to Jacqui Leroux Diane (Ottawa, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 31, 2025 at the age of 47. Jacqui touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She is survived by: her mother Lorraine Walton; her brothers, Dave Leroux (Krista Grant) and Mark Major (Crystal Sorrenti); her siblings' children, Aidan Leroux, Daxton Major, Cara Leroux and Loxley Major; her aunt Diane Viner (Trevor Viner); her cousin Jared Powell; and her aunt Linda Walton (Dan Potterton).

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (153 Woodroffe Ave, Ottawa, ON K2A3T8). A reception will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Our Lady of Fatima Parish Hall (153 Woodroffe Ave, Ottawa, ON K2A3T8).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Ottawa Hospital Foundation (https://ohfoundation.ca).
