He was predeceased by: his spouse Darquise Malette; and his sister Marion (late George Emond). He is survived by: his significant other Daphyne Miljour; his parents, Howard Picard and Lita Salisbury; his daughter Tanya (Carl Lamarche); and his siblings, Theresa (late Romuald Dubeau), Joseph (Judy), Martha (late Keith Ramsay), Margaret (late Gilbert Gabie), Richard (Amy), Douglas (Diane), Linda (late George Charron) and John (Helen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
