He was predeceased by: his brother Kennedy; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly (Martin) and Sandie (Murchie). He is survived by: his son James Jr. (Chantal Peppin); his wife Donna Wilson; his children, Sara (Tyler Faithfull) and Caleigh (Dan Conway); his grandchildren, Christina, Sheamus Faithfull, Annabelle, Alanna and Everest Conway; his siblings, Bill (Loretta), Donald and Margaret-Ann; and the mother of his children Claire Dunne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (75 St Ninian St, Antigonish, NS B2G2R8).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's memory to Cystic Fibrosis Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society.
