It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jamie Woolford in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on April 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Elaine Woolford and Andrew Woolford; his siblings, Emma, Matthew and Eric; his nephew Preston; his grandparents, Barbara Smith (late Barrie), Bernard and Diana Woolford; his uncle Martin Smith; and his aunts, Penny, Carolyn and Sarah.
