Janet Potter Obituary

We bid farewell to Janet Potter (Ottawa, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 9, 2025 at the age of 80. Janet touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Nixon and Harry Nixon; and her husband Neil Potter. She is survived by: her brother Ron (Judy); her children, Mike (Lindsay), Tara (Kevin) and Ryan (Jessica); her grandchildren, Claire, Emily, Aaron and Arlo; her sibling's children, Kylie (Steve) and Todd (Erin); and her cousin Nancy (Roger).

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kars Chapel - Tubman Funeral Home (1610 Roger Stevens Dr, Ottawa, ON K0A2E0). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
