He is survived by: his mother Cheryl; his sister Meghan (Tony Russo); his nephew Antonio; and his close friend Bru.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Church (1060 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C0A6). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Queensway Carleton Hospital (https://secure.qchfoundation.ca) would be appreciated.

I have know Jeff since 2017, we were collages at Health Canada. The day I met him was a turning point in my life, he was such a beautiful and caring man. We shared so many fond memories together. It was an absolute honor to get to know Jeff, and I will forever cherish our time together. May he rest in peace.”
