He was predeceased by: his parents, Elie Brazeau and Veronica Sammon. He is survived by: his wife Susan Brennan (late Betty-Anne David); his children, David (Lori) and Cindy Tinga (Ron); his stepson Jeremy Collins (Julie); his grandchildren, Connor (Ramona) and Lindsay; his stepgrandson Lucas Collins (Brooke); his siblings-in-law, Lynda Emerson (Bob) and Eric Nixon (late Claudette David); his niece Donna Nixon; his nephew Grant Nixon; and his close friends, John Meadows and Larry Engel.

He was surrounded by his family after a long and courageous battle with Dementia and Parkinson's disease.
