He was predeceased by: his parents, Corinne Tremblay and Lionel Tremblay; his wife Claudette; and his sisters, Elaine Jackson (Gord), Marielle Chadwick (Reg) and Estelle McCullough (Loyd).
He is survived by: his children, Lise Filiatrault (Laurent), Michel Tremblay (Christine), Nicole Tremblay and Francine Laviolette (Stéphane); his siblings, Laurelle Robertson (Alec) and Lionel Jr. Tremblay (Colette); his grandchildren, Miguel (Ashley), Janie (Mike), Stéphane (Jessica), Éric (Amber), Émilie (Eric), Alexandre, Isabella, Martin and Maxime; his great grandchildren, Kaïem, Max, Zakaï, Camille, Zoë, Cecilia and Zaïden; and his siblings-in-law, Réjean Lafrenière (Carolyn), Reg Chadwick and Albertine Lafrenière. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Canada or to la Coopérative Ami Jeunesse.
