It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Louise Howell in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on January 7, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Viola; and her brother Larry. She is survived by: her sons, Edward (Kelli), David (Debbie) and Scott (Marty); her brothers, Randy (Lee) and Bill (Anne); her grandchildren, Andrew (Ashley), Rosemarie, Mackenzie, Billy and Cody; and her great grandchild Nathan.
