She is survived by: her husband Gerry Van Kessel; her children, Janine Van Kessel (Patrick Clarke), Vanessa Talbot (Lucas), Stefan Van Kessel (Susan) and Karl Van Kessel (Annick Dutil); and her grandchildren, Zoe, Haley, Jacob, Alison, Skyler, Quinn, Xavier and Charlotte.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Tubman Funeral Home Garden Chapel (3440 Richmond Rd, Ottawa, ON K2H8H7). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendrier Tubman Funeral Homes - Garden Chapel (3440 Richmond Rd, Nepean, ON K2H8H7).
