He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Blakely and Mary Blakely; his sister Val; and his niece Christine. He is survived by : his sons, Michael, Adam and Aaron; the parent of his children Shelley; his siblings, Richard, Gordon, Sheila and Chris; and his nieces and nephews, David, Patrick, Katie, Zak and Ralph.
