John Cox Obituary
We bid farewell to John Cox (Ottawa, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 21, 2025 at the age of 89. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth (Andrew O'Meara) and David John Cox (Sandrine Guillot); and his grandchildren, Meghan Pushak, Rachel O'Meara, Harmony and Leonardo Cox. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
A requiem eucharist will be held on May 15 at 1:30 at St.Margaret's Anglican Church (206 Montreal Rd. Ottawa) In memory of John, donations to St. Margaret's Church or any Inuit charity would be much appreciated.
