He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Francine Nyentap (Leduc); his parents, Antonius Nyentap and Johanna Ruiter; his brother Peter; his daughters, Jennifer Cumming (Alasdair) and Amy Nyentap; his grandsons, Duncan and Murray Cumming; and his siblings, Theo (Maria), Henry (Bev), Bill, Leo (Kim), Paul, Andrew (Jeanette), Frank (Vicki) and Steven.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made out to the Canadian Cancer Society.
