He was predeceased by: his wife Lise; his son John; his parents, Joseph and Loleta; his siblings, Donald (Noreen) and Marlene (Edward Moffatt); and his siblings-in-law, Charles Lambert and Carolyn Reid.

He is survived by: his children, Brent and Lesley-Ann; his grandsons, Brendan and Justin; his great grandchild Thomas; his siblings, Elizabeth, Kenneth and Paul (Denise Hotte); his sister-in-law Noreen; Daniel and Pascale D'Asti. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
