John Monahan Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Monahan (Ottawa, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ethel (Deevy); his children, Debbie Armstrong (Doug), Colleen Miller (Al) and Glenn Monahan (Valerie); his grandchildren, Donald (Karine), Matthew (Kayla), Victor and Olivia (Eric); his great grandchildren, Blake, Brooks and Rory; his sister Phyllis Montgomery (late Lloyd); and his sibling-in-law Shirley Grant (Jimmy).
