We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2025, at the age of 75, John Motard (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgette Motard and Léo Motard; and his sister Elaine Cadieux (Gerald). He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Galer (Peter) and Diane Hayden (Kristoffer); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Ronin McDougall and Kyle Hayden; and his siblings, Michelle DeBoer (Steve), Raymond (Nathalie), Henri (Gail), Roger, Bobby (Maggie), Pauline Hance (Peter) and Thérèse Motard Tremblay (Jean-Roland).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre Foundation (https://ottawacancer.ca) would be appreciated by the family.
