He is survived by: his wife Alma Verton; his sons, David Verton (Lori) and Keith Verton (Helen); his grandchildren, Shoshana, Naomi, Broady, Kate, Brianne, Nathanya, Christina and John; his siblings, Lenie Boers Verton and Cees Verton; and his pet Lexi. He is also survived by nephews and his loving companion.
