He was predeceased by: his wife Mary (Frenken); and his siblings, Harry (Yvonne), Koosey (Anne-Marie), Nellie (late John) and Corrie (Jacques).
He is survived by: his children, Mary Anne, Shirley (Gerald Joseph), Debbie (Theo Nyenkamp) and David (Judy); his grandchildren, Shawn (Cristine), Andrew (Loriann), Scott (Allyson), Steven (Emilie), Melissa (Shawn), Katerina (Keith), Mitchel (Donnajean), Vivianne, Ava, William, Weston, Sara, Madeleine and Lily; and his siblings, Theo Pat (late Rita), Annie (late Dean), Margret (late Ed), Ineke (Zaki), Peter (Pat), Antoon, Gyanny (Alan), Beatrix (late Roger), Noreen and Roy (Kim).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Visitation Church (5338 Bank St, Gloucester, ON K1X1H1).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The University of Ottawa Heart Institute or The Kidney Foundation of Canada (Ontario Branch) would be appreciated.
