She was predeceased by: her parents, Nester Ananachuk and Pearl Ananachuk; and her significant other Bert Jacobsen. She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl (Mike Diedrich); and her grandsons, Tyler (Selena Caminiti) and Jake.
A reception will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (150 Woodroffe Ave, Ottawa, ON K2A3T9).
