She was predeceased by: her former husband Sydney Luxenburg; her brother Brian Garner; and her parents, Ralph Garner (Barbara Dewhurst) and Trinidad. She is survived by: her children, Valerie Fraser (Dean), David Fraser (Elise) and Sharon Barr (Ron); her grandchildren, Alison, Graeme, Emma (Mark), Isobel (Raeden), Sean (Madoka), Cameron (Nadia), Rachel (Mackenzie) and Hannah; her sister Margaret Brady (Robert); and her spouse Raye Fraser.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (150 Woodroffe Ave, Ottawa, ON K2A3T9). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Highland Park Cemetery (2037 McGee Side Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0).
