She was predeceased by: her siblings, Marion, Leonard, William, Joseph, Barry, Patrick, David Olaf and Harriet; her parents, Harriet and June; her sons, John and Thomas; and her former husband David Moreira Sr..

She is survived by: her sons, David Jr. (Meg Cheng) and Alan (Myra Powell); and her grandchildren, James (Vanessa Cholette) and Kate (Manny Cossio).
