It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathrine Belle Hawley Hunt (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Aubrey Hunt. She is survived by: her siblings, Elva, Glenn (Doris), Joyce (Richard Thomas), Ola Elva Hawley (Baker) and Henry Lloyd Hawley; her children, Lloyd (Janice), Tim (Karen Massey), Daphne and Andrew; her grandchildren, Samuel (Megan Macdonald), Brennan and Naomi; and her great grandchildren, Gabrielle and Robert. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the McPhail Baptist Church (249 Bronson Ave, Ottawa, ON K1R6H6). A burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C3H2).
