She was predeceased by: her husband Takashi. She is survived by: her children, Steven (Melanie), Sandra (Anthony) and Donna; her grandchildren, Jordan, Ryan and Justin; and her brothers, Yoshiharu Otsuka (Fukue) and Katsuharu Otsuka (Ieko). She is also survived by her nephews, nieces and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa Civic Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
