It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kemuel Benjamin Hivale (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pastor Benjamin J. Hivale and Kusumbai Hivale; his sibling Santosh Hivale (Rajas) of India; and his sister-in-law Patricia Dkhar of India. He is survived by: his spouse Violian Hivale; his children, Urmila Yvonne Hivale of Ottawa, David Kemuel Hivale of Michigan, USA, Nirmala Merville DeSilva of Florida, USA and Renuka Camelia Haugen (Randy) of Michigan, USA; his grandchildren, Alexander, Andrea, Philip, Julia, Jason, Janelle, Erin, Kristen, Lauren, Lucas and Brennan; his great grandchildren, Gaby, Izzy, Nicholas, Andrew, Ava, Payton, Carter, Brock, Chase and Ethan; his siblings, Grace Yaqub of California, USA, Samuel Hivale (Arul) of California, USA, Suprabha Plaha of California, USA and Anandi Mahapure (Manohar Mahapure); and his sibling-in-law Janmiet Dkhar (Ceyola) of India. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
