He was predeceased by: his son Joe McNeeney. He is survived by: his wife Maria Feggans; his children, Scott Feggans (Caroline) and Michelle Feggans (Maxime); his granddaughter Joanna Feggans; and his brothers, Doug Feggans (Donna) and Roger Feggans (Sandra). He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
