He is survived by : his wife Henriette Zichy; his children, Geory (Henri Justino), Alice (Jonathan Roy) and Egon (Liz-Mary Kattackal); and his grandchildren, Leia, Julia, Matias, Caleb, Teresa, Jasmine, Sonia and Rayna.

“Although I had often seen Laszlo around the building, we had never talked. However, we happened to be in the same elevator some time ago now, which stopped mid floor and would not move. We had thirty minutes of very interesting conversation. It allowed us then to chat when we met and me to meet Henriette, who Laszlo said I should call Henry-ette. He was a gentleman and courageous as I discovered. It was an honour to know him. My condolences to Henriette and the family.”
