It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leslie Kathleen (Sawyer) Hill (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on October 30, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Dylan; and her father-in-law Bob Hill. She is survived by: her husband Grant Hill; her children, Cody and Brooklyn; her parents, Karen Sawyer and Doug Sawyer; her siblings, Kala (Tim Johnson), Greg Sawyer (Maryse Gagnier) and Katie Sawyer; her mother-in-law Beatrice Hill; her siblings-in-law, Leanne, Larry Taylor, Mark and Kelly Hill; her siblings' children, Kevin (Madison), Maggie Johnson (Matthew), Brett, Karlie, Jordan, Chelsea Taylor, Lawson and Hudson Hill; and her uncle Al. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes (1610 Roger Stevens Dr, Ottawa, ON K0A2E0). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cornerstone Wesleyan Church (6556 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K0A2T0).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Cancer Society (https://cancer.ca) or the Humane Society.
