It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorna (Keenleyside) O'Brien (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Francis (Frank); her parents, Francis Keenleyside and Hazel Keenleyside; her grandson Gregory O'Brien (Sarah); her brother Ellwood Keenleyside; her sister-in-law Marguerite; her siblings, Irving Keenleyside (Ruth) and Coral Paul; her brother-in-law Harold; and her in-laws, Margaret, Kenneth Shepard, Nancy, Bill Jandrew, Walter, Mabel O'Brien, Carmen and Kenneth Birchall.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick O'Brien (Fay), Colleen O'Brien, Mary-Ann Grey (Geoffrey), Timothy O'Brien, Rod O'Brien, Kathleen O'Brien (Jacques Dagenais) and Rosemary O'Brien (Kenneth Johansen); her grandchildren, Shannon O'Brien, Lindsy Larizza (Michael), Brodie Montreuil (Martha Wawrykow), Francis Dagenais, Philippe Dagenais (Francesca Payette), Lily Dagenais, Marie-Rose Dagenais, Emily Johansen (Michael Palmer) and Kristen Johansen; her great grandchildren, Serafina, Carmelina Larizza, Orson and Sabine Montreuil; and her siblings, Terry Keenleyside, Judy Kitching (Alan) and Danny Keenleyside (Francine). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
