Though Louis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Parker and James Parker. He is survived by: his wife Astrid Parker; his children, Raymond Parker and Ulrike Guertin (Ivan); and his granddaughters, Emily, Abigail and Olivia.
