He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grace Mulligan and Gordon Mulligan; his siblings, Calvin, Trevor and Dawna; his wife Bernice; his children, Matthew (Jessica), Kyle (Debbie) and Kaitlyn; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Grace, Elizabeth, Emily and Elena. He was also cherished by his family, countless friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Christ Church (3008 Carp Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0).
