He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Winters and Dora Winters; and his brothers, Roger and Barry. He is survived by: his wife Diane Winters; his children, Stephanie Lefebvre (Jason) and Christopher Winters (Sophie); his grandchildren, Sydney, Morgan, Logan, Alice and Dean; his siblings, Keith (Barb), Connie, Gaye, Carmen (Mary), Laurie, Dana, Candy (Roger Phoenix) and Merry Cardinal (Richard); his siblings-in-law, Anne Wilson (Tom), Nicole Burke, Shirley Winters, Johanne Vincent-Haffner, Gerry Vincent (Lynia) and Marc Vincent (Lynne); and his siblings, Lois O'Neil (Sandy), Richard Brisson (Lucie), Mike Cadieux (Sue) and Jerry Swenson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to COVID restrictions, a celebration of life is planned for August 2021.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Mac's memory to St. Lawrence College (Cornwall campus) Automotive Service Technician program.
