He was predeceased by: his parents, John Trudel and Jeanine Trudel. He is survived by: his wife Serafina; his children, Thomas (Sara) and Andrew (Samantha); his sisters, Elaine (late Ed Reeves) and Julie (David Lloyd); his nephews, Jonathon and Matthew; his niece Crystal (Marc Jubainville); and his siblings-in-law, Carmen Papalia Grace (Stephen Grace), Domenico Papalia (Cathy Broughton) and Dr Joseph Papalia (Sophie Papalia).

In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart institute would be appreciated.
