She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Sprackett and Ross Sprackett; her grandfather Jim; her brother Ted; her son Philip; and her husband Dr. Jack Henry.
She is survived by: her uncle Don; her brother Keith Sprackett; and her children, Greg (Lesley), Lisa (John) and Lauren (Glen). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
