It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Elizabeth Marie Joanisse (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on March 9, 2026, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Raymond Joanisse; her parents, Francis Doherty and Harvel Doherty; her children, Kerri Arbour (Jason) and Robert Joanisse (Kim); her grandchildren, Cody, Adam, Alex (Cierra), Jake, Josh Arbour, Dylan Joanisse (Cassy), McKenzie Whyte, Alicia and Grace Kedziora; and her siblings, Laura Sheehan, Patricia Lanthier (Bruce), Allan Doherty (Mary), Sue Roth (Dave), Brian Doherty, Elaine Levielle (Moe), Larry Doherty (Terry), Connie Joanisse (Ron) and Shiela Bartraw (Wayne).

In memory of Elizabeth Joanisse all appreciated donations should go to the Cancer Society of Ottawa.
