She was predeceased by: her siblings, Paul, David (Louise), Garry, John (Maureen), Maurice (Helen), Gerry and Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her sons, Barry, Michael (Leslie), Kevin and Timothy Formuziewich; her grandchildren, Brayden, Larisa and Kaitlyn; her sisters, Mary, Lorraine and Ida (Ron); and her close friend June. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Home (3440 Richmond Rd, Ottawa, ON K2H8H7). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Capital Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada, in memory of Rosalie Kealey.
