With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melinda Louise Flegle (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on June 29, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Reck and Robert Reck. She is survived by: her husband Harold "Hal" Flegle of Ottawa; her child Chantel Tomblin (Matt); her stepchildren, Leah Bowen Flegle, Sarah Bolduc Flegle (Chris) and Jonathan Flegle; her grandchildren, Breanna Tomblin, Gracelyn Tomblin, Ella Tomblin, Issac, Jethro and Zoe; her sister Diana Christie; and her sibling's children, Erin Ellis and Noel Reck.

Memorial donations in Melinda's memory may be made to the Ottawa Humane Society.
