It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Kingsbury (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on September 2, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael leaves behind.

He is survived by: his parents, Dominic Kingsbury and Charlotte Kingsbury; his wife Josée Lalonde; his stepson Sean Leroux (Kaylee); his sister Judy Monast (Serge); his nephews, Jacob (Harley) and Luc (Jocelyne); his niece Nadia (Zack); and his great-nephew Byron. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
