I worked with Nathan for many years in the Kosher department and he was always a pleasure, kind, sweet, intelligent, funny and shy. We spent a lot of time talking together. It was a honor to see him grow in confidence, mastering the bakery and kitchen, and he was always willing to lend a hand or listen to anyone in need. It was a joy to hear him burst out laughing.
